  TERRIBLE! Was anxious to try Pour House, and was totally disappointed. We came in and stood for a while and the hostess ignored us. I thought the other group there was waiting to be seated also. After minutes I asked the hostess if there was a wait, and there wasn't. The other people were apparently waiting for a pickup. She just did not greet us at all. Awkward. We were there for about five minutes without a word. But after I asked myself, we were allowed to be seated.
  
  The service was the worst. We were ignored, kids had no water and it NEVER came, long wait for a server, long wait for order, long wait for food (food was good but overpriced compared to 20 other beer pubs in town), medium portions, server was cold and neglectful, we NEVER got a refill on water or offered a second drink, and we had no follow up during meal. THEN we had to wait with empty plates with napkins on top for about 10 minutes before she finally came by and I asked to get the bill. When she dropped the check she might as well have dropped a mic.
  
  Pour House did everything possible to lose my business all in one try. I left a slightly over 10% tip as a "message", but in hindsight should have left less or nothing at all. Worst waitress in town. I won't be back.

  Hands down one of the worst restaurant experiences I've had in Bend!
  The service was terrible from the moment we walked in the door from the hostess flatly ignoring us to the server that took FOREVER to bring us our check so we could leave that damn place.
  
  Seriously, we got ignored upon walking in. Only upon approaching the hostess station were we blankly stared at by the hostess, only to have to ask to be seated. That was weird enough, but then we sat down and a busser brought us two waters even though there were four of us. Then the server ignored us until my husband glared at her long enough for her to take us seriously. Furthermore, she didn't even bother to smile!
  
  We finally got our order placed and when the food came out, it was okay. Much better than the service! My kids were still hungry after completing their entire meals, plus the kids meals are probably one of the most expensive kids meal in town. When you add the drink, it was $8.50 and very mediocre. Overall the prices are too high for what you get.
  
  In summation, DON'T BOTHER! Go somewhere else if you're wondering where you should go for dinner tonight.
