- 1 / 5By Jen JenMy friend ordered a cappuccino which was thick like mud with a bitter taste and almost slimy texture. My pumpkin spice lacked the pumpkin flavoring and was bitter as well. I had forgotten to request a decaf PSL and the lady making the drink was obviously irritated and annoyed that I requested decaff as I can't drink caffeine. The coffee was bitter and didn't have the robust flavor that I could get from a decaff coffee at home or even Dutch Bros. I would have rather donated the $7.25 I paid to a homeless person than to experience the service and coffee at this place.May 12, 2017
