  Absolute best! Hot chocolate? Check! Books? Check! That's all you need! I mean, it also has live music, food, wonderful staff, great meeting areas, living-room style reading rooms, kids books, posters, cards, events, and more, but pppbsssh.

  Awesome local bookstore in Bend, I love stopping here every time I come through. Great selection of books, and good seating with more upstairs, and the prana chai and ham and cheese croissants are just amazing.

  Since Dudley's was established in 2008, It has been my "home" coffee shop. Whenever I go there, I am greeted by name as a friend, and the baristas know without asking how I like my macchiato. Over the past 8 years Dudley's, even with change of owners, has always been a place where people talk to each other. Strangers will chat while standing in line and groups have regular meeting times there. Tom, the current owner, has truly given the Bookshop Cafe a classy feel. He knows books and how to choose and display them.

  I was pretty blown away upon walking in here. I loved the layout and design of the interior. Go upstairs if you visit! Really neat.
  
  Spoke a good while to the beautiful soul working here, Annie, who was delightful to chat with. She had a warm smile and made wonderful, inviting eye contact, which is something I really admire in a person. I'm very glad to have had the privlidge of meeting her!
  
  I will definitely come back, and highly recommend this coffee shop. One of the most relaxed, comfy cafes I have ever been in. Tons of character!

  Super nice bookshop. Great place to browse, sit and sip a drink or light eats.
  
  Unlike most bookstores, either new or used (and Dudley's is both), you have plenty of browsing space here. Especially upstairs in the used section, it's quite open.
  
  I spent most of my time with my nose stuck in the sci-fi shelves and found a lot of good titles. Of course, I had to buy at least one. Who can go into a bookstore and not buy a book?
