- 1 / 5By JANAHORRIBLE SERVICE. We were told 20 minutes, two couples came in without reservations and were seated before us. When I questioned the waitress, she literally screamed at me "I'm doing my best!!"" she was chit chatting with the other wait staff, ignoring incoming customers and bumping in to people. Only the bar tender acknowledged anyone coming in the door. She was the most disrespectful waitress I have ever encountered. We will NEVER bring any of our visiting guests to Hola again. We have a lot of friends/family who love to come to Bend often to visit, but they will never be taken to HolaMarch 14, 2017
