  We ordered from Bend Take Out, and the service from THERE is nice, but the food from Hong Kong is some of the worst Chinese food I've ever had. The chicken is awful quality, the sauce doesn't quite taste right, the pork fried rice is very obviously NOT pork fried rice, and the subgum is half-cooked veggies. If you want deliver Chinese food, call Double Happiness. If you want a sit-down place, go to Chans. If you just want quick, cheap Chinese food, SAFEWAY has better stuff.

  One of my favorite chinese restaurants. Food is always good, but often cold, and often very empty. The best ways to use this place is for take out, or all you can eat buffets on friday and saturday nights for $9.99. Most dishes are very good, but like every other place in Bend, the Kung Pao is disappointing. Sauce isnt quite right (they all must buy the sauce from same supplier, and too many crunchy veggies.

  We ordered from Bend take out who had awesome service. However the restaurant we picked Hong Kong did not. To put it simply the food was disgusting. The crab Puffs were filled with you the shrimp or not cleaned and the sweet and sour chicken was incredibly disappointing. I can easily say I will not be ordering from here again it used to be a wonderful restaurant now I don't know what happened but the food speaks for itself and it's gross.
