  Food was made fresh to order. Cooked items were hot upon receipt. Fries were crispy and not greasy or soggy. Pretty sure this is how a store should operate.

  The best mcds that I've been to in bend. Until tonight! 3/10/17 Night employees had NO communication with their customers. I sat at the window for literally 20 minutes before I even saw an employee. When I finally did get my order (2 burgers 2 fries and a soda) everything was refrigerator cold... worst experience at this location EVER. THEY NEED TO HIRE PEOPLE THAT CAN KEEP UP WITH THE RUSH OF CUSTOMERS.

  BUT....
  
  Could not find Trash cans near soda machinr simply just needs to be a sign with an arrow.
  
  The employees, especially seemed stressed and out and overwork. He needs to payed more, a vacation, and to work 10 hours less a weel and he would be a great employee. He seems so stressed he might have a heart attack. After he might be a decent employee
  
  All employees seemed visibly stressed. Nothing ive ever seen in fast food restraunt. I was just in one yesterday, with the same crew and revenue per minute or hour, and they were happy to be working.
  
  I went to go use the app discounts, and asked if i could you use two. He said yes, but the scanner is broke so we have to type them in, and questioned if i was sure i really wnated to use them. Just cuase it made his job, take sligtly 3 seconds longer. The employee said no, and then the manager chipped in, even while taking an order throufg drive through. We tried to use two and then it wouldnt work. Since i could only use one now that manager was wrong, i wanted to use a different offer. And then he had to come over to fix it and snapped at me " thats the same offer you were gonna use, no its not, its taking it off yhe wrong two smadwitches, and this coupon specific to the items that were money. Well what the heck.
  
  I was so perturbed , i wrote this for you to read, i never been so disgusted in the service ever before liek this, and its the first time i have ever written a review.
  
  You can go to lunch but only if your done. He then snapped at the employee.
  
  Anways. That would be it. Wrote this while letting the delicious biscuits sitting getting cold. Thanks for the food and the teribble terrible service.
  
  Also the ketchup dispenser is disgusting. Use packets or a nicer dispenser like at costco or in and out. Plus it squits out so much it sparayed out, all over the counter, and instaed of leaving it on the couter, i spent time cleaning to try and help out the clearly stressed out overworked, good people, who have to be employees while working enourmous hours a week, with little to no staffing required to provide good customer service, you may be gaining point in labor costs, your losing double that i loss of business, therfore way less profit.
  
  Indicated by the ratio of people lined up in the drivethru to just get the food, compared to just me and one other gut dealing with the crappy service.
