  On Friday I took my daughter and greatgrandsons to have lunch. We were the only people waiting to be seated with a half empty room and wete totally ignored. Not one waitress or hostess even acknowledged us. After about 15 minutes we walked out and went to Applebees where we were treated VERY well. I nor my family will ever go to Sharis again...

  HORRIBLE customer service! I didn't have high expectations, it's Shari's after all. But the customer service we received was awful. I've never not left a waitress a tip before. I believe the waitress was Stephanie. She messed up both of our orders and didn't offer to fix them or comp them. Mine had meat when I specifically requested vegetarian multiple times and clarified. Then she got our appetizer wrong and didn't correct it when we asked and still charged us the full amount. I called to notify management and they didn't seem to care. I shouldn't have expected any more though... It is Shari's.

  Restaurant was clean. Waitress was very pleasant. My only complaint was the music was horrible and extremely LOUD!!!!! Not conducive to a peaceful morning breakfast. When we asked if the music could be turned down, we were told the Waitress had no control over it and it gave her a headache as well. What is it with these establishments and the need to blare music when people are dining???? TURN IT OFF!!!
