One of our plates ordered was heaping with food, the other was a much smaller serving in comparison and tasted just OK. The scone was extremely dry and doughy. This place is small as is their parking lot. Apparently because of snow build up the "handicap" spot was covered. We were asked to move our car by a somewhat curt staff member. Another vehicle pulled in shortly after with no handicap placard and was not asked to move. Post a sign or be consistent with your parking lot policing. Walking to our car after breakfast we both slipped but fortunately did not fall due to the thick sheet of ice covering their back parking lot. An hour after eating there I had digestion problems that are unusual (sparing details here) as a result of something I ate there. Not from Bend but when we do visit again won't return to the Victorian Cafe.December 23, 2016
