I've had the pleasure of experiencing the culinary creations that Chef Bodi puts out on a number of occasions and they've all been absolutely incredible.
Chef Bodi is able to focus on blending the amazing various local flavors from around the state of Oregon. You won't find burgers, fries, or other standard food truck fare here. But what you will find, will be amazing pork belly from local farms. Fruits and vegetables that are actually in season this week, not something from another country.
