  I have never been so offended by a retailer in Bend or anywhere for that matter as much as i was today at Bend Burgz..
  Upon placing my order, i decided to add another dog for my pup.. Just after handing the cashier my card may phone rang with an important business call.. Thinking my transaction was complete, i answered the call..
  All of a sudden, from the grill emerged a white haired fellow.. He informed the cashier, which i guess to be his daughter "not accept orders till people were ready to order".. He then proceeded to slam the window in my face, while his colleague still held my card..
  There were four of us all placing orders so I guess he didn't need the money.. Heck, I love it when people linger around our registers, they tend to buy more which means more money for the business.. I would have to assume that he missed that day in business 101, thus the reasons he slings crappy hot dogs..
  I was in the midst of business so left but did return later to tell him how offended i was by his actions.. He immediately became hostile with me and told me that i was a drunk(I don't drink) and made faces at me(weird).. I told him that as a business owner both large and small I would never allow my employees to treat ANYONE as such, to which he called me a liar(come downtown sometime buddy).. He then proceeded to call me as A**hole and started taking pictures of me and my vehicle.. Again.. have never been treated as such in my life.. Just know this, one day, you will walk into one of my businesses and you will be turned away

  Super friendly service every time we go there. We've tried different things on the menu and have enjoyed them all. My son loves the fries.
