- 1 / 5By Cheryl BunchHorrible experience just now. The batista made the coffee way too hot and filled the cups to the very top. Then she handed the window with no sleeve and the lids loose. It breed us both badly. She was not apologetic and her comment was "I'm not the one who spilled it". No sympathy. No apology. I went back to tell her she filled them too high so she didn't burn anyone else and she just argued with me and told me she had other customers to serve.
